Go Bananas with the Savannah Bananas
Have you gone bananas for the Savanna Bananas yet? They’ll be playing at Constellation Field March 16, 17 & 18. Join us for the Going Bananas Celebration at Sugar Land Town Square on March 16 at 11 a.m.! Come for a chance to meet and greet the Savannah Bananas, participate in a Banana Scavenger Hunt and attend the unveiling of the “Going Bananas” pavement art courtesy of local artist Shelbi Nicole.

Come hang with us at the Houston Museum of Natural Science – Sugar Land! We’re hosting two workshops during Spring Break as part of our Ocean Bound exhibit at the museum.
- Be a Source Water Superhero! Monday, March 13 at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. We need YOUR help to defend our water resources! Learn how to protect your water sources by conserving water and not polluting. In this interactive workshop, attendees will learn how to conserve water at home, and how pollution affects stormwater.
- Know Your H2O: The Science of Treating and Testing Water. Friday, March 17 at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. See how the City of Sugar Land turns the muddy water of the Brazos into clean, drinkable water! Learn about the chemical and physical processes to treat water, and watch live water quality testing demonstrations.
