Fort Bend Libraries
The following libraries will be OPEN as cooling centers from 10 am to 6 pm.

Fort Bend County Fairground

Open 24/7 until closed by the county. Pets are allowed at this location. Oxygen (O2) Refills are available, but you need to come with your own oxygen bottles to get them filled. There is also electricity there to power your oxygen concentrator at this cooling center.

Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land

Open from 10 AM to 6 PM.

TDECU Sugar Land Service Center – Open Thursday, July 11 from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM as a distribution center for water and ice.
