AMI is an integrated system of customer water meters, communication networks and data management systems that provide real-time water use information. This technology allows water meters to be read remotely and ensuring accuracy in your water bills. In addition, data that we receive can help predict issues in the water distribution system.
New features are being implemented to the program with the development of a customer portal. Currently, efforts are underway to review and integrate all water meter data and data feeds to ensure a seamless launch. We anticipate that the Customer Portal will be available at the beginning of 2025.
